About Us

Bramble & Bloom is a small, founder-led business offering seasonal forage products for rabbits and guinea pigs.

Product Information

Our forage is made from natural, dried plants. As with any natural product:

  • Appearance, colour, and composition may vary from batch to batch
  • Seasonal availability may affect exact ingredients
  • Substitutions may occasionally be made where necessary

All ingredients are selected with care and intended to support a natural, hay-based diet.

Feeding & Responsibility

Bramble & Bloom products are complementary feeds and should not replace hay, which should form the majority of your animal's diet.

You are responsible for:

  • Introducing new foods gradually
  • Monitoring your animal for any adverse reactions
  • Seeking veterinary advice where appropriate

We cannot accept responsibility for issues arising from incorrect feeding or undisclosed health conditions.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription:

  • Payments will be taken automatically at the agreed interval
  • Boxes will be dispatched on a rolling monthly basis
  • You may pause, skip, or cancel via your account

Occasionally, subscriptions may include a complimentary gift. Where this applies, a minimum commitment period may be required. This will always be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Orders & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but timings may vary slightly
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

  • One-off orders may be cancelled before dispatch
  • Subscription changes must be made before the next billing date

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss
  • Our products are used at your own discretion
